The Board of Governors of Beant  College of Engineering and Technology, Gurdaspur in their Iast  meeting held on 7.3.94 vide Item  No.4 adopted the Bye-Laws of College of Engineering  and Technology, Bathinda.

The Board considered the Bye-Laws adopted by the College of Engineering and Technology, Bathinda and decided to adopt these Bye-Laws for Beant College of Engineering and Technology, Gurdaspur. Necessary changes of nomenclature and addresses in these Bye-Laws, where ever required shall be made by the Principal. As per the above decision of the Board of Governors, the necessary changes in the nomenclature and addresses have been made. In addition to the nomenclature, the following necessary changes have also been made.
